The ideal candidate must have prior experience in selling Non Food FMCG products in Ghana.
Preferably cosmetics and personal care products. Must have extensive knowledge about the market, customers both in General Trade and Modern Trade in Accra as well as up country.
Must posses entrepreneural mind-set with a go getter attitude and aggressive in execution in-market plans. Must be based in Accra/Kumasi,

Responsibilities:
Drive channel sales (General Trade/Wholesale) and Modern Trade for personal care & cosmetics brand.
Appoint distributors / sub-distributors in the region for the different category of products.
Able to execute monthly sales targets.
Identify scope of new products in the market and keep abreast of the competition activities.
Adhere to the KRAs and take ownership of responsibilities.
Mange the sales team of the distributor/ work hand-in-hand with the team
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or similar qualification in Business
MUST have FMCG Experience (Preference to Personal Care candidates)
Minimum 5 years of experience in selling across GT/Wholesale channels in Ghana
Thorough knowledge of the market, customer base, distribution universe to implement channel sales strategy.
Excellent Communication skills
MS Excel knowledge an added advantage but not a compulsion.
