Creative Graphic Designer at Moxie Marketing

Moxie is looking for a Creative Designer to deliver captivating, engaging and on-brand graphics and content for a variety of media.

• Producing drafts and engaging design solutions (e.g. logos, images, motion graphics, video montage, illustrations, etc).
• Participating in various design projects from concept to completion with an understanding of requirements as consistent with the brand.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks including ideation and development of presentations.
• Ensure final deliverable are visually appealing, on-brand and fit for the intended medium and are of the correct format.
• Maintains technical knowledge by reading professional publications, etc.
• The candidate will work remotely at least 50% of the time but will however be disciplined to be in keeping with demands and expectations.

• Should be a team player and should identify with both individual and collective wins.
• Be entrepreneurial with strong sense of ownership, able to deliver on demands with little supervision
• Should be able to stomach negative feedback and critique.
• Have a keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Have excellent communication skills
• A candidate with a Diploma or Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• 1 – 2 years experience (including internships) working in a similar role for an advertising agency would be an advantage
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Adobe suite)
