Purpose

T o ensure all tasks relating to Corporate Actions are performed, timely and accurately, in accordance with the service level agreements, regulations as well as market directives. Corporate Actions includes events associated withall instrument types.

Experience and qualifications
- Grade12
- Diploma
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in abanking environment
- 2 to 5 years’ experience inCorporate Actions or similar environment
- Technical Pre-requisite
- Custody, Corporate Actions knowledge,Trade Settlement (advantageous)
- Relevant custody systems knowledge
- Knowledge of the full MS Officesuite
