    Customer Marketing Executive

    Our client is the leading Management Advisory firm in Ghana. The company now seeks a high calibre Customer Marketing Executive for the Head Office.

    Job Summary

    • Sell products or services based on customer needs
    • Creating connections with new & existing customers to gain referrals and renewals
    • Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and senior company officials
    • Passion for driving customer engagement and a strong interface with customers
    • Lead execution of cross-sell and upsell programs for our services from start to finish
    • Educate customers about our products and services
    • Encourage others to act as advocates!
    • Stay abreast of new business developments, trends and competitor customer acquisition programs

    Qualification Required & Experience

    • 2+ years of experience in a B2B marketing or customer marketing role
    • Valid Driver’s License (this position would require up to 60% of time out of the Office)
