The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
The customer service representative will be the client’s primary point of contact with our company.
Responsibilities
Manage all project-related incoming customer queries (mostly via email).
Identify & assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
Provide accurate and valid information to customers.
Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and alternatives within the time limits.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Go the extra mile to connect with customers.
Obtain project knowledge to best assist our customers.
Requirements and skills
Degree in any related field
1-3 years relevant experience
Proven customer support experience.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and use time effectively.
