    Customer Service Representative

    Brief Description:

    • The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
    • Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • The customer service representative will be the client’s primary point of contact with our company.


    • Manage all project-related incoming customer queries (mostly via email).
    • Identify & assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
    • Provide accurate and valid information to customers.
    • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and alternatives within the time limits.
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
    • Go the extra mile to connect with customers.
    • Obtain project knowledge to best assist our customers.

    Requirements and skills

    • Degree in any related field
    • 1-3 years relevant experience
    • Proven customer support experience.
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and use time effectively.
    • Willingness to learn new skills
    • Communication, writing and active listening.
    • Problem solving and technical knowledge.

    Frontend Developer

    About the job

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web and mobile applications for the company.
    • Using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design.


    • Designing, developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications
    • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
    • Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code


    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
    • 2+ years' experience in frontend development
    • Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
    • Experience building object oriented web applications in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
