We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Facilitator to join our team. 
The Cyber Security Facilitator will be responsible for designing and implementing cyber security training programs to educate trainees on how to identify and prevent cyber threats. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop and deliver training programs that educate employees on cyber security risks, best practices, and procedures. 
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify security risks and implement security measures. 
• Develop and maintain relationships with trainees to ensure that training programs align with organizational needs and goals. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security threats and trends in order to provide relevant and effective training. 
• Act as a subject matter expert on cyber security-related issues and provide guidance to trainees. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree or Honors Certificate in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related field. 
• 3+ years of experience in cyber security training and awareness programs. 
• Strong knowledge of cyber security threats, risks, and best practices. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver effective training programs. 
• Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve the overall program. 
• Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security threats and trends.
