In line with statute 55 of the University, the Catholic University College of Ghana, Fiapre, hereby invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the positions of Dean of Faculty to take effect from 1st August, 2020.

Positions

• Dean, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration
• Dean, Faculty of Education
• Dean, Faculty of Religious and Social Sciences

Reporting To: Vice Chancellor

Qualification Required & Experience

The successful applicant must

• Be of professional status or Senior Lecturer from an academic/research institution or a person from industry eligible for that position
• Be capable of providing academic, managerial and administrative leadership to the Faculty and its affiliated institutions and must have capacity to promote a collegial working environment within the institution
• Have the vision and the drive to oversee the growth and development of the faculty.
• Understand and have an international outlook, specifically in current trends in the higher educational landscape and
• Be able to market the University/Faculty locally and internationally

Tenure

The successful candidate shall hold office for a period of three years in the case of professorial and two years for senior lecturers and is eligible for re-appointment for a further term of up to three and two years as the case may be
