• MPower Ventures is looking for an independent and entrepreneurial Content Associate. This is an exciting opportunity in a fascinating and rapidly growing field with a leading impact start-up.

The Main Tasks of the Content Associate are Summarized Below:

• Social media creations (Linkedin, Facebook, Whatsapp Business, GoogleAds)
• Maintaining project references file and managing picture library
• Design promo materials (flyers, clothing etc.), pitch deck and marketing material
• Support marketing manager in training local marketing teams

The Required Skills and Experience for the Position are Summarized below:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus)
• Experience creating designs and basic copywriting skills
• Experience managing social media accounts (4+ years)
• Digital mindset that has extensive work experience with digital tools (social media, Canva, GDrive etc.)
• Team player and eager to learn new tools and roll-up sleeves to get the job done
• Entrepreneurial and creative mindset

The position is available immediately and targeting experienced professionals in one of the markets (Lusaka, Accra, Yaounde, Lomé). We have a strong interest in building a long-lasting relationship that can lead to a full-time position.
