    Digital Sales Executive – Lead Conversion

    We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Digital Sales Executive to join our Liaison Group Insurance Online Portal team. The primary focus of this role is to convert qualified digital leads into group insurance customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a superior digital sales experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Conversion: Contact, qualify, and convert digital leads into sales through effective follow-ups and consultative selling.
    • Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, chat, and online platforms to understand their requirements.
    • Offer suitable group insurance solutions (general insurance, healthcare, pension, Investments and Trusts) that align with client needs.
    • Customer Engagement: Explain product features, coverage options, exclusions, and premium details clearly to customers.
    • Assist clients through the online proposal, documentation, and payment process.
    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction.
    • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets.
    • Maintain strong conversion ratios from lead to policy issuance.
    • CRM & Reporting: Manage and update lead data, follow-ups, and status in the CRM system accurately.
    • Prepare regular reports on conversion rates, lead quality, and sales performance.
    • Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest insurance products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
    • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality, customer preferences, and process improvements.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • 2–5 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in insurance
    • Prior experience in digital or tele sales roles with proven conversion success.
    • In-depth understanding of general insurance, healthcare and pension.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital communication tools.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
    • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
    • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
    • High level of initiative, discipline, and accountability.
    • Comfortable working in a target-driven digital environment.
    • Tech-savvy with good command over digital sales platforms and reporting tools.
