    Ericsson 2G/3G RF Optimization Engineers

    • Expert in 2G and 3G RF network optimization of Ericsson and Huawei.
    •  Have command over GU strategies.
    •  Experienced in Ericsson’s features and deployment
    •  Skilled in MOS, CST and paging success rate optimization.
    •  Must have in-depth knowledge of the frequency planning and GSM reframing prccesses.
    •  Have command over the methods for evaluating 2/3G networks and providing solutions to resource capacity problems.
    •  Must know how to use the Across-PM tool.
    •  Expert in site planning processes.
