Executive Assistant to General Manager at First Manpower Limited

Responsibilities

•  Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
•  Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the GM
•  Manage and coordinate daily activities of the General Manager including internal and external meeting and appointments
•  Controls access to General Manager
•  Organize travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for the GM match his requirements.
•  Create and manage accurate databases and archive systems
•  Liaising with staff, suppliers clients and administration
•  Sourcing, Analyzing, ordering, Reporting and managing stationery, office equipment or any items required by GM
•  Mail management: receive, dispatch and filling
•  Communication and Marketing
•  Coordination of CSR activities
•  Any other duties requested by GM

Requirements

• Experience should be 5 – 7 years as personal assistant with a leading multi-national company
• University degree
• Proficiency in French is an added advantage
