    Executive Assistant Volunteer

    Details About opportunity

    • People in Executive management are responsible for providing high level administrative support to executives in the workplace, such as taking calls, scheduling meetings, managing executive requests, and other office duties. They also oversee office functions and supervise lower level office employees.
    • Executive assistants have excellent verbal communication skills, good judgement, and strong time management skills in order to meet deadlines.

    What you will do:

    • Executive Assistants provides high quality and proactive support to the Founder – CEO. They keep the agenda, balance commitments and prioritize internal & external obligations.
    • They also would be the “go-to person” who works closely with the CEO, in addition to being a superhero in organising processes, documents, assisting in accounting, hiring, and preparing reports. Their powers transcend to onboarding processes you always have a helping hand ready to extend across all departments.

    Key Responsibilities

    Working with our CEO, your volunteer role includes:

    •  Proactively coordinate and manage the agenda, prioritize, organize and prepare meetings.
    •  Identify, anticipate, prioritize incoming mail and prepare information required to ensure timely follow-up.
    •  Write minutes, correspondence and presentations.
    •  Organize and coordinate logistics of special events/workshops/conferences.
    •  Act as the first contact point for the Founder – CEO and/or team leads and external stakeholders.
    •  Organize and coordinate travels.
    •  Administer the Procurement process and ensure payment terms in line with the Corporate guidelines.
    •  Manage other projects/initiatives according to the need of the department and contribute to innovative solutions.
    •  Promote and foster a Care and Dare culture and work environment in line with the VR Superstore principles.

    Education and Experience

    • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
    •  Experience in Executive management (preferred)
    •  Very good knowledge of IONOS, SharePoint & Teams collaboration tools.
    •  Act as ambassador of the company, service oriented, open-minded & positive attitude.
    •  Stakeholder management skills and strong organization multitasking & prioritization skills.
    •  Demonstrate enthusiasm, curiosity, resilience, and agility.
    • High reliability, conscientiousness and attention to detail.
    • Knowledge in consumer electronics and the retail environment (preferred)

    Skills and Requirements

    • Fluent in English both orally and verbally
    • Undergraduate degree or similar education in Management.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Excellent record keeping.
    • Attention for details.
    • Interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and features
    • Self-starter with a strong commitment to driving results
    • Enthusiastic, initiative-taking, and outgoing personality that is comfortable in a competitive environment
    • Professional demeanor, excellent verbal, and written communication skills
    • Access to a smartphone (iPhone or Android).
