    Export Manager

    Job Description:

    • Deliver the highest standards of customer service / support.
    • A strong understanding of pharma business operations and procedures involved in French West Africa and Anglo West African countries.
    • To implement the business plan set by the Organization and continuously improve performance in the assigned territories.
    • Build and promote focus products to increase the market share & profitability by developing long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Achieve growth by successfully managing the primary & secondary sales.
    • Monitor customer’s inventory to plan & forecast liquidation of stocks.
    • Identify emerging market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
    • Should have a close monitoring on market dynamics.
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to execution.
    • Timely as well as correct reporting of all sales and marketing related activities in assigned markets.
    • Will be based in Ghana reporting to General Sales Manager (Ghana & Nigeria).

    Key Competencies:

    • A Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.
    • Relevant previous experience in French West Africa & Anglo West African countries.
    • Willing to travel in assigned territories.
    • Ability to communicate fluently (both written & spoken) in French and English
    • Ability to analyze, understand and convey business, sales & marketing Information.
    • Ability to work and deliver under minimum supervision and should be self driven
