    Farm Manager

    How it works:

    • Farmers use Complete Farmer’s marketplace platform to request farm management services.
    • Farmers who require a farm manager are provided a list of farm managers who have passed the Complete Farmer screening.
    • Farmers select farm managers who best fit their farm needs and make offers to them
    • The farm manager chooses whether to accept or reject the farmer’s offer.
    • Farm Managers sign a contract and get started on the farm.

    Eligibility Criteria:
    You must meet the requirements provided below:

    • Must be 20- 40 years old
    • At least first degree in Agricultural Sciences or similar disciplines
    • At least 2 years experience on the farm
    • Excellent project management skills
