Job Summary

• Airswift has been tasked by one of our major clients to seek a Field Operator III to join them on a 12-month contract to work in Bonnyville, AB, Caribou Lake.

Requirements:

• Completed Op 4 Solis, Minimum of Grade12 Education

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years industry experience
• The knowledge, experience, and Operator skills
• MS. Word, Excel, Outlook, WAN, SCADA, PVR, Windows XP

Responsibilities:

• Promotes safety in all work environments: 
  • Demonstrates safety standards and environmental
• Operates assigned field facility to maintain production quotas: 
  • Interprets pressure and differential readings (pipeline and valve problems, flow changes, orifice plate selection, stabilization, flow rate, well conditions.
• Carries out field maintenance: 
  • Follows up on field modifications and repairs
• Conducts purging operations: 
  • Ensures the purging guidelines are followed
• Assists other departments in performing well tests: 
  • Monitors test equipment, keeps supervisory and other departments informed verbally and in writing
• Demonstrates organized work skills by: 
  • Developing monthly field activities plan, coordinating field maintenance work with routine jobs, i.e., replacing piping, conducting pump repairs.
• Demonstrates good communication skills: 
  • Participates in team problem solving process for non-routine tasks. 
• Participates in team development to meet area objectives: 
  • Independently plans and completes routine activities around necessary interruptions (range closure)
