Job Summary

As a fleet maintenance manager, you are in charge of maximizing efficiency and profitability by managing the maintenance of the vehicles used by the company. We need someone with expertise in fuel management, dispensation, performing preventive maintenance and tracking operations data, such as fuel consumption and mileage.

Job Responsibilities

• Truck Fuel dispensation per kilometer
• Maximize efficiency and minimize the cost of our trucking operations
• Develop and administer vehicle/equipment asset management processes from procurement to disposition.
• Perform preventive maintenance of company trucks to reduce cost.
• Ensuring the procurement of spare parts.
• Supervise drivers, formulate backup rotation mechanism and follow up inspection from time to time.
• Formulate vehicle driving routes according to vehicle conditions to ensure vehicle operation and revenue
• Establish a safety inspection mechanism for vehicles, goods and drivers to reduce potential safety hazards.
• Regularly train drivers, maintenance workers and office personnel.

Requirements

• Preferably Male
• At least Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain or related field.
• 2-5 years work experience as a Manager.
