Front End Developer Job Brief 
We are  seeking a driven, detail-oriented front end developer with a keen eye for design to join our growing team for the position of front end developer. 

• As a Front End Developer you will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties. 
• As a Front End Developer, you will be working in teams alongside back end developers and user experience designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. 
• This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Front End Developer Duties and Responsibilities

• Review designs created by designers; ask any necessary clarifying questions before starting on work.
• Write code to implement visual elements into various web applications as well as responsive web design.
• Optimize websites and applications to ensure fast loading speeds.
• Maintain websites and implement any necessary additions or enhancements.
• Identify and troubleshoot various website issues and coding problems.
• Collaborate with members of the project team, including designers and back-end developers, to consistently improve functionality and user-friendliness of web applications.
• Maintain updated knowledge of the development industry and any advancements in technology.
•  Meet tight deadlines as required.
• Determining the structure and design of web pages.
• Ensuring user experience determines design choices.
• Developing features to enhance the user experience.
• Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
• Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones.
• Building reusable code for future use.
• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
• Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.

Front End Developer Requirements and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a front end development role.
• Degree in computer science, information technology, programming, or a related field.
• Portfolio or samples of past work and projects.
• An understanding of the entire web development process, with an emphasis on front end design and development.
• A solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various content management systems.
• The ability to interpret and implement web designs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, developers, and other relevant team members or clients.
• Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of server-side CSS.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Understanding of SEO principles.
• Good interpersonal skills.
