Global Senior Commercial Excellence Execution Project Manager at Grundfos

What is the job about?

• In this role you will manage a project or phase of a program from start to finish so that it is completed on time, budget and according to the agreed scope. You will also manage the stakeholders and secure division requirements in group driven functions are addressed. Support Industry Steering Committee members in decision-making and ensure project progress within the GPC Pioneer Program. In addition, you will be securing continuous improvement within the area of Industry CSSC and in coordination with other Grundfos functions.

Key Responsibilities

• You act as the single point of contact between the GPC Pioneer Program Mgmt and the division. Sing-off on continuous business prioritizations in industry before submission to Project/Program Decision Board (GPC Pioneer SteerCo)
• You manage Modular Solution Platform Project in Industry throughout the implementation phase. Estimate costs, resources and time required to complete the assigned phase of the project and ensure these are secured.
• Monitor activities, allocate resources and assign tasks to ensure targets are met.
• Identify, resolve or escalate operation problems and minimize delays.
• You drive (sub-)projects within the area of Commercial Excellence relevant for Industry.
• Develop project plan, estimate cost, resource and time required and execute projects through project meetings and escalations if needed.
• You initiatie and develop of new business processes and maintain existing processes in CSSC

What do you need to apply?

• Relevant Bachelor degree (or similar)
• Min. 1 years of experience in the field of Commercial Excellence & Project Management
• Experience in leading and Working with People

• Strong collaboration skills
• Consultant and project management skills – ability to understand business challenge and solve that utilizing a strong toolbox
