As our Graphics Design Volunteer, you will be saddled with the responsibility of using specialized graphic design software to create aesthetically pleasing images that accompany the written text in order to inform, inspire, and captivate our target audience with the overall goal of increasing sign-ups to our services, social media followers, and website, and converting these leads into clients. This role requires you to use your graphical skills to help bring our brand marketing ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
Help make design choices (e.g., fonts and colors) for all TEXKOOP content to be used across the website, blog, and all social pages.
Produce visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate our audience.
Conceptualize visuals based on management’s requirements.
Deliver creatives across multiple channels and platforms including social media, email, website, and blog.
Use our brand guidelines to continue to build visually evocative communicative designs for our audience.
Collaborate with the wider team on any design requests.
Schedule projects and define timelines for stakeholders
Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends that can help our brand stand out among competitors.
Use the appropriate brand colors and layouts for each design.
Test designs across various platforms.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
help to prepare/design company documents like PPT slides, pitch-deck, etc.
Oversee other graphic design requests made by the CEO or constituted authority.

Tech Savvy
Creative mind
Flexibility to be able to switch between projects or pivot quickly should the requirements of the project change.
Good with Photoshop, Canva, and other related graphic design tools.
