Growth Marketer at Plendify: Wholesale Market

We are seeking a passionate and talented Growth Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering a magical experience to our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data analytics to develop marketing strategies that align with business objectives
• Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and make data-informed decisions
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, forecasting and reporting on performance metrics
• Use a range of marketing channels including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising to reach and engage our target audience
• Analyze and report on campaign performance to leadership team, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, trends, and metrics to inform marketing strategies
• Familiarity with SEO tools, paid advertising tools, and other marketing analytics platforms to drive marketing performance
• Good copywriting skills to develop effective messaging across various marketing channels
• Experience with B2B/B2C marketing and sales
• Familiarity with the African diaspora (i.e those living in USA,UK, Europe and Asia) strongly preferred

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a startup environment
• A strong passion for marketing and a track record of delivering results.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-informed decisions.
• Familiarity with SEO tools, paid advertising tools, and other marketing analytics platforms to drive marketing performance.
• Good copywriting skills to develop effective messaging across various marketing channels.
• Experience with B2B/B2C marketing and sales
• Familiarity with the African diaspora (i.e those living in USA,UK, Europe and Asia) strongly preferred
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A growth mindset and a willingness to experiment and iterate quickly.
