Our client, Ghana’s leading real estate developer is seeking seasoned Director for the following position Head Facilities in Ghana.

Key Accountabilities
- Provide leadership for a portfolio of properties
- Provide exceptional organisational and leadership to the facilities team
- International exposure in customer service focused industries is beneficial
- Ensuring Coordination and management of daily operation of the Unit to enhance customer service.
- Leading all projects, repairs, maintenance and installation of conventional buildings
- Follow up on correction of defects in material or workmanship of contractor’s work
Qualification Required & Experience
- A degree and a Project Management Qualification
- 15 years facilities management experience in Large Properties.
