Head of Data Analysis at P.M. Renaissance

Our client is a key player in providing tech solutions and support to drive growth & productivity within the agribusiness sector.

Scope

The Head of Data Analysis will primarily plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of organisational reporting and analytics in line with the agricultural production, processing and trading standards of operations.

This role is best suited for a candidate with vast experience in business intelligence, specifically in agri-tech and provision of cutting-edge technology solutions, with relevant experience in research, implementing data analytics projects, conducting market analysis, and the ability to manage a team. The ideal candidate will have a strict understanding of and adherence to data governance policy and standards, develop smart means to determine forecast and performance, and have experience in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and insight production.

• A Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics or related field.
• A Minimum of 7 years work experience in Business and Intelligence Lead role.
• Project Management Qualification is an advantage.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Experience in using statistical computer languages to query databases.
• Strong knowledge in B2B, B2C / B2BC domain.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
• Excellent team management skills.
• Knowledge in remote sensing/insights from map.
• Working knowledge in MS Office suite and other related software programs.
