Head of Sales & Customer Care at Clifton Homes (Ghana)

Role Summary

• Drive sales revenue through effective promotion of the company’s brand and properties,
• Provide a strong reputation for faultless customer service throughout the customer experience journey with client(s).
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales and collection targets.
• Manage, train and motivate the sales team to capture demand and maximize conversion of leads.

Qualification & Qualities

• Degree in Sales or other related fields in the social sciences
• Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Possess excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to forecast
• Excellent analytical skills
• Active listening skills and a problem solver
• Great interpersonal skills
