    Information Technology / Management officer

    The Council for Law Reporting which is officially mandated institution responsible for the publication of the Ghana Law Reports and the Review of Ghana Law from qualified personnel to fill the following position as Information Technology / Management officer

    INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY / MANAGEMENT OFFICER

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Co-ordinates the design and development of procedures, standards and guidelines to support the implementation of Information Technology (IT) and Information Management (IM) systems within the Council.
    • Leads the design, development and deployment of specified IT/IM projects
    • Co-ordinates the design arid implementation of security measures to protect IT/IM installations, infrastructure and systems within the Council
    • Provides technical support for the development of IT/IM operational activities
    • Monitors and takes remedial measures for the effective performance of the Council’s IT/IM infrastructure Co-ordinates and manages the Council’s electronic transactions

    QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

    • Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution plus a minimum of 3 years post-qualification relevant work expenence in a reputable organisation
    • Experience in coordinating electronic payment of systems will be an added advantage
