Junior Product Manager at Kofa

Kofa is seeking a Junior Product Manager to work on our hardware and software products. As a member of our Product team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and management of our product roadmap, monitoring and recommending improvements to our hardware and software products, and guiding our Customer Experience (CX) measurement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Work with the Product Manager to develop and manage the product roadmap
• Document product and service design requirements and product marketing sheets
• Document current and intended User Experience in the form of service blueprints and customer journeys
• Monitor digital product usage, with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, UXCam. Detect usability issues and functionality needs
• Monitor customer activity using internal Kofa tools to understand customer usage patterns and propose areas for improvement or further investigation
• Conduct market research and assist in the collection of customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Collaborate with Operations team and other departments within Kofa to design and execute improvements to Customer Experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and hardware development processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
