Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Nutrition/Dietetics, or Food Science/Production.
• Minimum one year experience
• Knowledge of food serving, sanitation, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain food quality and safety; perform sanitary measures and proper food storage.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment; keep restaurant clean and safe.
• Adhere to specified recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
• Efficiently prepare food items following health standards.
• Oversee kitchen opening/closing, equipment management, and waste disposal.
