    Maintenance Planning Engineer - FIFO West Africa

    Responsibilities:

    • Development of CMMS, Master Data, Maintenance Strategies, and system through operational readiness and beyond
    • Coordinate closely with maintenance personnel throughout work life cycle to evaluate and define job plan details, preventative maintenance (PM) strategies, spare parts strategies, work priority and weekly schedule
    • Optimize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
    • Supervise Planning Team
    • Manage rebuildable spare parts
    • Take active leadership during Planning Routine & Shutdown Tasks
    • Develop training and mentoring programs for team to ensure maintenance planning and execution optimizes
    • maintenance planning and scheduling for all Fixed Plant Assets and component subsystems tracking and forecasting

    About you:

    • Minimum 6-10 years' experience in a similar role
    • Planning KPI's Horizon Expertise
    • Cost and Budget Experience
    • Advance Computer literate and well trained in any Planning software's and tooling.
    • Relevant Maintenance Planning Certificates and Trainings
    • CMMS Expertise & Microsoft Projects

    Experience, Skills and Knowledge

    • IFS or SAP knowledge is required
    • Direct experience in the planning management

    French speaker will be very welcome
