The company is located in Accra with an expanding collection outlets. Beside offering Laundry and Dry-Cleaning services, the company will also offer restoration and other specialty cleaning services to its customers.

    Manager – Commercial Laundry Services

    • Overseeing the operations of the laundry facility and services
    •  Developing new business opportunities with clients from individuals to commercial customers
    •  Adherence to operationalhealth and safety standards and international best practices
    •  Managing the operations cost effectively
    •  Overseeing the procurement and supply of industrial chemicals and products, assets and machinery for the facility
    •  Manpower resourcing and training & development
    •  Developing and implementing policies, procedures and systems to improve the operations
    •  Ensuring that all standards specified in the contracts are met
    • Reports to the board of directors

    Qualification Required & Experience

    Education:

    •  Bachelor’s Degree

    Requirements

    •  6-8 years commercial laundry experience gained from running a medium size laundry and dry cleaning service
    •  Experience with accounts management
    •  Financial management with the ability to prepare and manage budgets and costs
    •  Ability to prepare tenders and quotes

    Candidate Profile:

    •  Fluency in English is essential
    •  Aged between 35 -45 years
    •  Have a driving license
    •  Proficient in MS Office including Excel
    •  Effective leadership and management experience
