Excellent Team player with demonstrated and credible ability as Head of Function to engage and operate at C-Suite.
Proven track record with starting up and providing thought leadership in Unionisation, Employee Welfare and Industrial Relations.
Proven track record in leading and managing diverse Union engagements.
Proven track record in leading, managing and implementing Strategic HR initiatives to achieve business goals.
Superior knowledge in the operation and application of relevant legislations and employment laws of Ghana such as Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651), Labour Regulations, 2007 (L.I. 1833), Disability Act, 2006 (Act 715), Pensions (NPRA 2008), Act 766, Workmen's Compensation Act 1987 (PNDC Law 187), Income Tax Act 2015 (Act 896), Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798).
Excellent skills in building effective, productive working relationships at all levels to deliver objectives on time and within budget aimed at promoting a performance driven culture
Strong ability to identify, evaluate and resolve complex situations in a demanding and dynamic behavioural environment
Ability to research into current trends in Employment Relations and Best practices in developing the HR practice in the organisation.
Good knowledge in IT and HR systems (including MS Office suite, SharePoint, HRIS, SAP, ER Navigator, Workday and Outlook)
