Requirement/Skills

• As a future Managing Director of BAUER Engineering Ghana Ltd.
• you have a technical studies background and profound management experience in the special foundation business.
• You enjoy developing the business of a construction company and you have good skills in all typical fields of specialist foundation business such as tendering, contract and project management as well as a fundamental understanding of the commercial aspects and management systems.
• You are looking to take over the responsibility for successfully determining the future of our specialist foundation company in Ghana.
• For this positions excellent communication skills in spoken and written English as well as a high level of flexibility are essential.
• Being fluent in French would be a plus.
• You have high leadership qualities, are skilled in dealing with people and enjoy working in a team with and in the African culture and have a good understanding of a global group with a German head office.
