Managing Director (Tier 3 Data Centre) at KUSI Consulting

• The Managing Director Ghana will be responsible for the local country P&L and all country operations and will be expected to achieve maximum return on investment and economic success in line with the overall company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing clear direction and leadership for the local country organization and maintaining a full overview of the operations.
• Developing and driving the local business strategy.
• Managing the effectiveness and development of local teams.
• Ensuring adherence to local regulations.
• Optimal functioning of sales & marketing processes.
• Managing the financial and operational aspects of the country organization.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Finance and/or Marketing.
• A Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance, Business Development and/or Sales in a corporate organization.
• Experience in leading teams and managing budgets is required.
• Extensive experience in the telecommunications or technology sector.
• Management experience in a director's role is an added advantage.
