The Marketing Manager is the voice of the brand. You will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy to create consistency in brand communication across all channels and customer touchpoints.
You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. To succeed in this role, you will need to be creative, open-minded, and love branding, learning, and research. You will create customer-focused ads that will drive new customer engagement, learning, and communication.
Responsibilities
Produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications for online and offline marketing.
Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
Directing creative sessions to develop monthly campaigns, update brand guide and increase our engagement on social media.
Shaping brand standards and creating procedures to ensure all creative products are brand appropriate.
Supervising the department's daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines and budgets.
Developing exceptional and well-crafted copy for brand communications.
Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
Coordinate all marketing activities across digital platforms(website and social media) and traditional(retail and events) to generate leads
Collaborate with other teams to develop, design and promote offerings
Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
Track the performance of all marketing campaigns
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communication, Branding, Design or similar
3+ years' experience in marketing particularly with, but not limited to web, social, and emerging technologies.
A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
