Responsibilities
• Implement effective marketing strategies to meet sales targets
• Create progressive rapport through networking and referrals to promote sales
• Appraise customer demands and recommend peculiar products likely to delight targeted markets
• Monitor industry trends and competitor landscape by gathering relevant feedback needed to improve sales
• Work with operations to deliver exceptional customer service through effective complaints management and swift solutions to enquiries
• Generate reports on marketing activities, leads and close businesses etc. as may be required
Qualification Required & Experience
• HND / Degree in Marketing
• Proven experience in insurance sales
• Excellent skills in communication and presentation
• Resilient and naturally persistent character
• Well organised with time management abilities
Location: Accra, Tarkwa, Takoradi, Sunyani & Cape Coast
