Mobile Banker at Ghana HR Solutions

Our client, a reputable company in the financial industry is looking for experienced persons to fill the role of a mobile banker and to assist in the operations of the business.

ROLE PROFILE

The successful candidate will be responsible for all money transactions, and deposits, collected from the field. He or She will perform the following duties as well:

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mobilize funds from the field, accept deposits on behalf of the Institution, and sell the company’s products.
• Responsible for the collection of deposits from customers.
• Manage and open savings accounts and other deposit products on the field.
• Surrender daily all deposits collected from the field.
• Report all problems and developments encountered on the field to your supervisor.
• Responsible for intensive deposit mobilization from the field in assigned areas.
• Achieve or exceed performance targets monthly for quality assurance, efficiency, and customer engagement
• To capture data into all books of operational accounts.
• Cross-sell the deposit products of the company

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Diploma, HND or any other relevant certificate
• 1 year experience in sales marketing

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic understanding of Arithmetic.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Display a high level of courtesy and discipline in dealing with clients.
• Should be flexible and collaborative.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Should be quality-oriented with an eye for details
• Must be computer literate

SALARY: COMMISSION BASED
