    Operations Associate

    About The Job

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for an Operations Associate who will work directly with the CEO to complete administrative tasks as needed. 
    • This is a hybrid role (mix of remote and onsite).

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with implementation of important policy, procedures, and strategy decisions.
    • Maintain alliances and partnerships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
    • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
    • File and keep accurate documentation of all activities.
    • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
    • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
    • Assist with budgeting and reporting.
    • Payments processing of all financial obligations of the company.
    • Support worker communication with the management team.
    • Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the management team.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Strong business knowledge and experience interpreting financial data.
    • Creativity and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Analytical and detail-oriented
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Decision-making and leadership skills
    • Advanced time management and organizational skills

    Education and Experience:

    • Minimum of a BSc or HND in Business Administration or any other business-related courses
    • A minimum of one (1) years’ experience in a similar role
    • A background in technology is preferred but not required.
