• We are searching for Pipeline Assistant to join our Translations Department!

You will perform the following functions:

• Communication with freelance agents (translators);
• Setting tasks;
• Checking work done;
• Looking for new translators, if necessary;
• Filling in the necessary databases.

Requirements:

• Analytical skills;
• Ability to make decisions;

Proactive;

• Good communication skills;
• Ability to perform regular administrative and control activities;
• Upper-Intermediate and higher level of spoken English (you will communicate with Team Members from different parts of the world);
• Fluent Ukrainian/Russian;
• Experience of working for international companies is an advantage;
• Attention to details;
• Competent user of MS Office software, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Excel.
