    Plant Manager

    About the job

    • General Education: 4 to 5 years at university
    • Experience: 5 years at least in operational position in a plant
    • Strong Leadership & management skills
    • Business Acumen & industrial strategy
    • Wide exposure to different technologies & engineering (metallurgy, cable manufacturing, logistics)
    • Industrial project experience (restructuring, investments …)
    • Practical experience of Industrial Excellence, structured & systematic way
    • Fluent (in writing and speaking) in English Language
    • Fluent in communicating (speaking) at least one local language will be an added advantage
