JD for Salt Production Leader / Mechanics

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the salt production equipment, process selection of the washing powder, participate in the entire equipment selection before the commencement of production.
• Responsible for the technical improvement, inspection, maintenance of the production equipment. 3.Establish the management ledger of the factory facilities and inventory in a timely manner.
• Eliminate potential safety hazards from engineering and technical aspects. 5.Promote PM group activities, reduce downtime, continuously improve the stability and reliability of facilities and equipment, in order to ensure smooth and effective production.
• Through equipment maintenance and improvement, reach the target of cost reduction and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: diploma and above
• Experience: 3 years and above of production management experiences in salt factory
• Understand cost, personnel management and performance appraisal
• Familiar with computer office software is preferred
