    Project development manager

    Role & Responsibilities:

    We need to recruit 3 Product Development Technicians that will be responisble for the preject management for product developments within GB Foods and for their technical implementation

    The incumbents will be responsible for the R&D project and counterpart of the designated business representative (Marketing, Sales, Global New Business), being the technical representative for the project in all forums.

    •     Planning and organization of the project in alignment with the correspondent project’s team members
    •     Compliance of the project’s KPIs (tracking & reporting)
    •     Successful handover and implementation of the technical dossier from Research at Viability Gate
    •     Management of resources allocated to the project, ensuring full efficiency in projects’ execution
    •     Proposing a technical solution fitting the established KPIs
    •     Ensuring technical execution of the product development, being responsible of involving all necessary technical counterparts
    •     Developing products targeting the project’s needs, planning and leading the execution of lab/industrial trials
    •     Establishing an efficient network in the factory, in alignment with the correspondent factory partner
    •     Providing the necessary technical inputs (e.g. recipe, inspection plan), and generates the defined technical outputs (such as AW’s, technical sheets), ensuring their availability

    Requirements

    •     Technical education: food chemistry, food technology
    •     Previous experience in the food industry in products research and development
    •     Good communication, and coordination skills
