Take ownership for project delivery:

• As a Project Manager, you will take ownership for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources
• As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for
• Developing an operational annual plan for the own department activities
• Suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures
• Contributing to plan of larger unit and working together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level
• Specifying needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done
• Working with diverse clients in a region and working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or extensive working experience of Project Management
• Be able to demonstrate expertise and experience in project management principals (e.g. CAPM or PMP)
• Demonstrate the ability to prepare a project budget and operate budget throughout the project life cycle
• Show reasonable knowledge of Machine Monitoring, protection system, digital application in industries e.g. Oil & Gas, Power Generation, plant wide solutions.
• Be willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time within assigned region
• Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead small teams
• Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions
• Be able to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously
