    Real Estate Agent

    About the job

    •  To inspect accommodation properties and take relevant details
    •  Liaise with property owners to identify specific building requirements for immediate repairs
    •  Prepare lease agreements
    •  Scout the assigned areas for available properties for rent or sale
    •  Monitor and advice on lease infractions
    •  Liaising with estate agents in the search for properties
    •  Preparation of material schedule for minor maintenance works
    •  Promotion of company products to identifiable groups
    •  Supervision of minor repair works.
    •  Preparation of relevant activity and property reports
    •  Planning and implementing building life-cycle maintenance.
    •  General property management duties
