Recovery & Legal Representor at Swami India Ghana Limited

We are searching for a recovery and legal representor to handle all stakeholder related issues. The main objective of the role is to manage all stakeholder concerns and negotiations as well as other related issues.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with company lawyers issue notices to stakeholders to make payments within a specified timeframe
• Liaise with company lawyers on all financial negotiations and recoveries for and on behalf of the company.
• Undertake dispute resolution where necessary.
• Liaise with company lawyers on related issues where necessary

Qualifications:
The successful applicant should also have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in law. (LLM in Corporate & Commercial Law is an added advantage)
• Licensed to practice law in Ghana
• A minimum of 3 years’ practice experience.
• Thorough understanding and practical knowledge of Ghanaian law practices and approaches
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing as well as decision making skills
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
