Recovery representative at Fido

What will you do

• You will be responsible for managing and undertaking collections processes for debts that have been allocated to you.
• You will utilise best practices, processes and techniques, as well as information at hand, to positively influence debtors to maximise payment of debt over the shortest period.
• It is important to communicate courteously with debtors by phone, email or by text.
• It is important to build a positive relationship as well as investigate, respond to, and progress issues and queries to a successful conclusion at the earliest time.

Who do we want

• A personality with a strong focus on achieving collection of debts in a proficient and effective manner.
• An HND or higher in Business administration, marketing, of related field
• Working knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience using spreadsheet software, including Excel
• Proven experience being able to handle customer complaints
• Proven work experience as a loan recovery representative, or similar role
