You will be responsible for managing and undertaking collections processes for debts that have been allocated to you.
You will utilise best practices, processes and techniques, as well as information at hand, to positively influence debtors to maximise payment of debt over the shortest period.
It is important to communicate courteously with debtors by phone, email or by text.
It is important to build a positive relationship as well as investigate, respond to, and progress issues and queries to a successful conclusion at the earliest time.
Who do we want
A personality with a strong focus on achieving collection of debts in a proficient and effective manner.
An HND or higher in Business administration, marketing, of related field
Working knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience using spreadsheet software, including Excel
Proven experience being able to handle customer complaints
Proven work experience as a loan recovery representative, or similar role
