We are a seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3–4 years of experience in the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Engage with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates.
Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and candidates.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
3–4 years of practical recruitment experience, preferably within a recruitment agency, HR solutions provider, or the service industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
