    Recruiter

    • We are a seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3–4 years of experience in the recruitment industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
    • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
    • Engage with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates.
    • Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and candidates.
    • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
    • 3–4 years of practical recruitment experience, preferably within a recruitment agency, HR solutions provider, or the service industry.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
