    Retail Manager

    • The candidate should have a passion for the brand and be self-driven. They should be motivated to help NAYA grow by creating a captivating Customers Experience Culture that resonates through our sales activities across all customer touchpoints.
    • You will need excellent communication and people skills and project management skills. The right candidate will also need to be organized, strategic, open-minded, engaging, and have and the ability to lead a sales team. You will oversee the development and management of the sales team and their activities to meet planned goals. You will also coordinate with the marketing department to create customer-focused ads that will drive new customer engagement. You will also be tasked with creative approaches to getting into new territories and partnership opportunities to connect with more customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales

    • Setting and managing monthly retail sales strategy to achieve targets
    • Tracking sales goals and strategies and customer feedback, and reporting results to management weekly.
    • Weekly Sales Report
    • Delivery Management
    • Event Planning

    Inventory

    •  Weekly Shop Inventory count across all retail locations and reporting to accounts
    • Tester/Sample Management
    • Weekly Inventory Receiving and report to accounts
    •  Checking inventory for events
    • Managing Gift Sets

    Customer Service

    • Analysing and understanding target customers and providing unique experiences for them at all retail touchpoints
    • Taking customer orders and helping customers shop
    • Managing Customer requests, complaints and feedback and reporting to management
    • Planning and making gift baskets for monthly events
    • Find innovative ways to connect with target audiences

    Administrative

    • Managing shop cleaning and quarterly fumigation
    • Managing Sales, Office and Cleaning Supplies
    • Maintaining Retail Equipment & Assets
    • Monthly Sales Target monitoring, review and reporting
    • Training Sales Associates on Sales Processes, Product Information, FAQs
    •  Developing the sales team through motivation, improved customer service skills, brand awareness and product knowledge education.
    • Identifying new opportunities for sales and partnership for the brand

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, operations, business administration or a related field
    • 2-4 years of Retail Management, Marketing, Sales or Business Development experience
    •  Proficient using Microsoft Suite and various sales and marketing software is a plus
    • Excellent oral and written communication; strong public speaking skills
    • Proven dynamic leadership and project management skills
    • Strategic, innovative, and creative personality with a strong business acumen
    • Adept multi-tasker with the ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks
    •  Flexible work hours(Weekends and Holidays)
