We are young and enthusiastic startup company founded in 2017. We started working in Nigeria and are now working in Kenya, Ghana, Uganda and are starting up in South Africa. We specialize in providing fulfillment services for clients from different countries who would like to start their business on Africa market.

Currently we are searching for the cool and motivated people who can help us with our uneasy mission. We are looking for the skilled Call Center Specialists to develop and execute the sales plans for our client in the country. The call center specialist will be responsible for managing clients and making active calls and sales.

This is a distant job so all the working processes will be distant as well.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain and build relationships with key managers and customers.
• Provide reports and audio recordings of each conversation with the customer.
• Work closely with the various departments in the company to ensure accurate follow-up.
• Sales skills
• Be prepared to call customers who have complaints every working day

Person Specification:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and/ or Marketing qualification.
• At least 2-5 years experience working/worked in a Sales environment.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to analyze given information and propose options of solution
• Highly organized
• Excellent communicator
• Good interpersonal skills and friendly
• Commitment to high-quality service delivery
• A flexible “can-do” approach
• Competency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
