    Sales And Business Development Manager

    The Accra clinic opened in May 2019 and we are looking to build up the local team with the recruitment of a high profile and dynamic sales and business development manager.

    Job Description:

    • Achieving sales targets set and agreed.
    • Developing marketing and sales strategies to target high net worth individuals.
    • Developing new business opportunities.
    • Developing an affiliate partnership programme.
    • Using digital marketing skills to develop and promote the brand‘s online presence.
    • Conceiving creative ideas to market the business.
    • Developing relationships with various stakeholders.
    • Developing and maintaining the brand values and integrity.
    • Liaising and communicating effectively with team members

    Person specification:

    • Must be capable of speaking at least Igbo or Yoruba
    • Dynamic self starter capable of independently generating business development ideas.
    • Drive to implement agreed marketing plans.
    • Confidence and ability to relate to high net worth individuals.
    • Articulate and an excellent communicator.
    • Impeccable social media marketing skills.
    • Proven experience of developing vertical business relationships.
    • Experience of working to and achieving revenue targets.
    • Experience of working with international brands within the service sector is essential and within the medical aesthetic sector would be ideal.
    • University graduate with international exposure
