• We are looking for a Marketing professional to work with our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
• To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas and a perfect written English. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from the first contact until you close the deal. 
• We would like a motivated, results-driven person who also enjoys working in a team environment. 
• Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day sales activities
• Monitoring and forecasting to better understand the market
• Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
• Stay up-to-date on current market trends
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections
• Collaborate with marketing team to reach more potential customers
• Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition
• Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value to the Translight brand
• Maintain long-term trusting relationships with clients
• Help implement and use tools to regularly track the effectiveness of campaigns, website, and overall strategy
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
• Present our company to potential clients
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Able to close business deals.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Marketer and Sales Professional
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
• Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Content creation and digital marketing skills
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations
• 4 years experience in Marketing or Sales.
• Degrees Wanted:
• Bachelors, Masters or Chartered Marketing a plus.

Majors Wanted:

• Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or Advertising

Special Skills Wanted:

• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
