Sales and Marketing Specialist at Food Pharmacy Ghana

• We are looking for charismatic and skilled sales and marketing personnel to approach potential clients and inform them of our products and services. The sales consultant and marketing personnel are also responsible for building good relationships with new and existing clients to try and ensure their business in the future.
• To be successful as a sales and marketing personnel, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Create compelling sales pitches.
• Sell the company's products and services.
• Complete all paperwork relating to a sale.
• Perform research on the competition's services.
• Reach out to potential clients to inform them about our products and services.
• Provide general sales support (needs analysis, product demonstration, or presentation)
• Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals
• Training, managing, and motivating a team(s)
• Lead generation
• Customer service calls
• Booking of clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Management
• 2+ years of sales consulting or business intelligence experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Tech savvy
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
• Excellent leadership skills
• Experience setting sales goals
